It’s important to set aside time for gratitude. When you look into yourself and into your life, it may be easier to see the bad before the good. But remember: thinking negatively will bring down your self-confidence.

I’m sure that most of us can remember the beautiful, simple moments in life, such as smiling at a stranger in the supermarket and receiving a smile in return.

Gratitude Feels Good! When we give gratitude to life, life gives back to us. When we feel grateful, people, as well as the abundance of the universe, are drawn to us.
